When you place an order we ask for your telephone number as well as other contact details such as your address and your email. This is because sometimes it’s necessary to call you about your order or delivery. We will email you with your order confirmation, order status updates, and your tracking information. Your telephone number and other contact information will not be used for marketing purposes (unless you opt-in to our email marketing list).

We will never have access to your credit or debit card details if you use the Barclaycard payment system. If you give us your card details over the telephone or via email we will not hold these details for any longer than is necessary to process your order.

We use your contact details and the payment authorisation we receive through Barclaycard in order to process your order and obtain payment for goods. We may also analyse shopping preferences to improve your browsing experience, and for site usage analysis through tools such as Google Analytics.

If you opt-in to our email marketing list we will retain certain personal information in order to inform you of any future product details or offers. If you do not wish us not to retain this information or wish to be removed from our email marketing list, please contact us at info@capix.co.uk or click the ‘unsubscribe’ link which will be included in any email marketing or newsletter correspondence from Hydrostopper.
